Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love every scent you order from Eunos Store. Here is exactly how returns, replacements, and refunds work.
Our promise
Every item we sell is 100% authentic, imported directly from Bath & Body Works and Victoria's Secret boutiques in Canada. If something arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right — with a replacement or a full GCash refund.
What can be returned
We accept returns for items that arrive damaged in transit (broken bottle, leaked contents), items that are defective (faulty sprayer or pump), and orders where you received the wrong item or wrong scent. For these cases, we shoulder the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
What cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used fragrances, body care, or 10ml decants when the product itself is as described and undamaged. Change-of-mind returns on opened items are not accepted — fragrances cannot be resold once unsealed. If your order has not shipped yet, you can still cancel or swap items anytime; just message us with your order reference.
How long you have
Report any damaged, defective, or incorrect item within 7 days of receiving your order. We recommend taking an unboxing video when your parcel arrives — it makes any courier-damage claim quick and painless.
How to request a return or refund
Message us on Facebook, Instagram, or email with your order reference (the short code shown after checkout), a short description of the issue, and clear photos or a video of the item and packaging. We respond within 24 hours, usually much faster.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the GCash number you paid from, within 1–3 business days of approval. If you paid for an order that was cancelled before shipping, we refund the full amount including any shipping fee you paid.
