Why are your prices cheaper than the mall?

What are the 10ml decants (takal)?

Decants are authentic fragrance carefully rebottled from the original full-size bottles into 10ml sprays. They are a budget-friendly way to try a scent before committing to a full bottle — or to carry your favorites in your bag. We also offer them as personalized souvenirs for weddings and events.

How do I place an order?

Browse the collection, add your favorites to the cart, and press Checkout. Fill in your name, phone number, and delivery address — no account needed.

How do I pay?

We accept GCash only. After you submit your order, we show our GCash number, account name, and QR code together with your exact total. Send the payment from your GCash app, take a screenshot of the receipt, and upload it right on the confirmation page (or message it to us on Facebook or Instagram).

What happens after I upload my payment screenshot?

We verify the payment manually, usually within a few hours. Once confirmed, we pack and ship your order and message you the tracking or delivery details using the phone number you provided.

I forgot to upload my proof of payment — is my order lost?

Not at all. Keep your order reference (the short code shown after checkout) and send us your receipt screenshot on Facebook, Instagram, or email with that reference, and we will match it to your order.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is verified. Delivery time depends on the courier and your location — typically 2–5 days within the Philippines.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Message us with your order reference as soon as possible and we will sort it out. If you already paid, we will refund via GCash.
